Oslo-listed drilling contractor Shelf Drilling is about to mobilise one of its out of work jack-ups from the UK to Southeast Asia after securing work for one of the region’s state-owned oil companies.
The company on Friday confirmed it had won a contract from PetroVietnam Domestic Exploration Production Operating Company for the jack-up Shelf Drilling Perseverance for operations offshore Vietnam.
