Czech energy company Rezolv Energy announced on Monday (4 March) that Gabriel Luaces has been appointed as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Mr Luaces began his career as Project Manager at an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor Global Energy Services, working in Spain, Poland and the UK before moving to Brazil.
In 2016, Mr Luaces became the COO of Brazilian energy company Atlantic Energias, part of Actis Energy Fund 3, and Vice President of CGN Brazil Energy three years later.
In 2022, Mr Luaces returned to Europe to take the role of Construction Director at Spanish renewable energy producer Adelanta, where he was responsible for the construction management of a 600-megawatt (MW) greenfield portfolio.
